PLEASE Avoid them!! Horrible service!!!! I booked a VIP transfer from SGN airport for my family, but the experience was a nightmare. Despite confirming my early arrival in advance, we were forced to wait 45 minutes. When the drivers finally arrived, they were extremely hostile. Because I am Vietnamese, they yelled at me in Vietnamese, complaining about the early hour and accusing me of "rushing" them while my husband, who doesn’t speak the language, watched in confusion. The situation worsened when they attempted to drop us off in the middle of the street, nowhere near our actual destination. When I pointed this out, they became even more aggressive, claiming I was wasting their time. Abandoning a family with a 2-year-old toddler after a long flight is dangerous and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the company offered no real solution, simply making excuses for their staff. Save your money and avoid this service at all costs.

Very good experience, service and communication was excellent, the rep was waiting on the spot I was told, I was also sent pics of the pickup area, clean, air-conditioned car. Thank you for making this transfer so convenient and easy
This company is amazing. It’s the second time we’ve booked them. So easy to find when you depart airport. Communication is amazing and in English. We had an issue with our accommodation so our driver called the number in the booking and sorted it all out.
