Private tour from our hotel through the Tuscan valley! Our travel agent booked us a difficult tour with late start times and too many things to do on our itinerary. CRISTIAN our driver and guide for the day helped us to adapt our tour and still see/ do everything but at a more manageable pace. CRISTIAN was very knowledgeable about the area was able to laugh with us throughout the day and made our tour a memorable experience. Thank you CRISTIAN!

Christian was the best tour guide. We traveled with our 18 year old and she was amazed! Christian is very knowledgeable about the history of Florence and the Tuscany region. I would highly recommend Christian if you’re looking for education and entertainment. A must do!
The driver got to our hotel 5 minutes early and was rushing us to get in the car and told us, “I gotta go, I can’t wait, I have another fair I have to get to.” Mind you, there is a 15 minutes grace period that is clearly stated in the agreement. I booked through Viator and paid a lot of money because I wanted a smooth stress free experience which this was not. This was a completely opposite of the experience with the previous driver who was fantastic and for that reason I would recommend using Viator.
