Driver was very unsociable. Felt like he wasn't happy to be there at that time. Never introduced himself. Looked at speedometer when on Roadway to Airport. He was doing 157 kph Couldn't wait to get bags out of car and get back in and go.go go!!!!
We are sorry to read this review as we have proof that this is not exactly what happened. All our drivers have a gps installed in their cars, that is monitored by us, and your driver never went at that speed or above the legal speed limit. It is true that our drivers have a tight schedule, however he greeted you, offered you water and helped you with your luggages, hence you left him a tip too.
Pick up was easy. Driver arrived on time. Car was clean and comfortable. Would recommend again and again. The best car service to use when in Rome.

He did not show up we waited in the correct area looking for our name card even kept watching at front departure area he was not there he said he showed up at 7 in front of departure doors that is a lie they have to park at the back of the ship in a special area and walk around to meet us he was nowhere to be found
We are sorry, however we sent Viator all proofs that our driver was there at the correct time but you did not show up for pickup. Our drivers have permission to be exactly where he was: he also tried to contact you many times (you never replied) and looked for you all around for 40 minutes, you were nowhere to be found and we also did not receive any calls or message from you, we would have told you where he was.
Our driver was amazing!! He took us to all the sites we were wanting to see and we still made it to the airport in plenty of time.

We were told on the ship that the travel time to the airport was approximately one hour. We got there in 43 minutes. Our driver was passing cars like they were standing still. Couldn’t see the dashboard to see how fast he was going, but I know no one passed us.
