Reliable and easy transfer. We had an embarkation from Silver Seas, we were scheduled to walk off the ship at 9, walked off at 8:55 and our driver was waiting holding a sign with our name on it. Nice car and pleasant driver. We had heavy bags and carry on and there was ample room for all luggage and the driver helped with this at both ends. We booked this because we didnt want hassles or problems with cabs or negotiating the train system and the service delivered what was promised - a reliable and luxurious hassle free transfer to our hotel.

He was there before the actual pick up time. All 6 of us and our luggage fit perfectly in the SUV and got us to Rome. Will use your services if we return. Thanks

The agency contacted us days early to let us know how to find driver with instructions with a phone number if we were held up by getting our luggage.The driver was early waiting for us and found us almost immediately to help with luggage and we had a lot. She was a good driver and friendly.

Booked this company thru Viator to pick up myself and four friends from a cruise which ended in Rome’s port to go to a hotel in central Rome. Michael was not only early, but texted me and searched a very busy disembarkment area to find us. His car was impeccably clean and offered us bottles of water which was well received as the day was unusually warm for November 1st. The 90 minute drive was perfect and upon arrival to the hotel, he helped unload the luggage. Michael was pleasant and is a terrific driver.

We went on the port transfer to Rome tour with stops in Montepulciano and Pienza. Caesar was terrific - prompt with a clean and comfortable vehicle. He gave us a little bit of an overview of each destination, with recommendations about how to tour each town. We had adequate time in each location, I really enjoyed both areas. Montepulciano is probably my favorite, with its winding cobblestone alleyways after leaving piano, he got us to our hotel quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent shuttle service from boat to outside of port. Well organised and signed. Staff on shuttle bus were extremely pleasant and helpful. Bus driver was excellent and very careful. Would highly recommend this service.

Excellent experience. Though our female driver (Sorry I forgot her name) knew only a little English, there was no problem communicating. Met us at the port with my name on a placard and delivered us promptly to our hotel. Automobile was very clean. No complaints. Would definitely use again.

This is the second time we've used Rome Chauffeur for our trips to Rome. Both times they picked us up from the cruise terminal to our hotel and then, days later, from our hotel to the airport. We found their prices reasonable and each time they were prompt and courteous. The cars were clean and there was plenty of room for our luggage. We will definitely will use Rome Chauffeur for our next trip to Rome!
