Driver was a little late and seemed very rushed. Vehicle had a large dent and scratches on the right side that was a little off-putting compared to the other vans that had arrived to pick up other cruise guests. But the ride was nice, and the van accommodated a lot of luggage.

Our driver was late, and when he arrived he had trouble locating us. He never offered water or even conversation. I'm sure the company that provides this service is fine, our driver was simply just "ok".

Very easy transfer from port to hotel. Eliminated concern of not having enough room for luggage. 4 adults, 8 bags, 2 week cruise.

Good company. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier than the indicated time and informed us about it. The driver was waiting for us with a sign and loading all our suitcases and provided a seat for the child. We comfortably got to the hotel. Once again, I am convinced that they have chosen the right company. We have already used the services of this Companies in Rome. Everything went great.
