Everything was great except the driver was late. Was suppose to be there at 7:30 but showed up at 7:38. Not a huge deal but it did cause me to worry about having to find another form of transportation. We were pushing it close for our flight but it got delayed so we made it. I was expecting a plain car but it was a yellow taxi.
Excellent and timely service. So glad we booked ahead of time and avoided the long taxi lines. Great driver.

What a mess. I would s surely not book this transfer. Almost caused us to miss our flight. Arrived more than 20 minutes late. Parked in a lot several blocks from the cruise terminal, forcing us to hike through the city with all of our luggage (even though Uber, Bolt, Blacklane, local taxis and numerous other private transfer companies were picking passengers up steps from the terminal doors) even though we had confirm med in two occasions that they would pick us up at the terminal. Communication was awful. While some members of the staff technically knew a few words of English, none were able to communicate in it in any meaningful way. Diver himself was terrible. Nearby caused an accident while we were in the vehicle. Sped much of the way to the airport (going 30+ kilometers per hour over the posted speed limit).

Based on this information, our driver entered the Port of Piraeus through the terminal assigned to that vessel, as access permissions for private transfer vehicles are granted by the port authorities according to the ship's name and designated terminal. When you disembarked, you contacted us because you were unable to locate the driver. During our communication, we discovered that you were waiting at a different terminal and were unsure of your exact location. Our operations team immediately coordinated with both you and the driver, who located you as quickly as possible and completed the transfer. Regarding your comments about the driver's conduct, we respectfully disagree with this characterization. All of our drivers are licensed professionals with many years of experience providing private transportation services in Athens. Passenger safety is, and always has been, our highest priority, and we have every confidence in the professionalism and driving standards of our team. At no point did we receive any indication from our operational monitoring that the journey was conducted in an unsafe manner. We regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Perfect way to transfer from the ship port to the airport. Door to door service and the driver was very prompt
Simple, smooth service. Driver was waiting at exit of cruise terminal with signage. Very easy to find and identify.
Driver met us on time at arrivals, holding a sign with our name. He was very friendly, courteous and a very good driver. Car was immaculate!

Driver was excellent. Picked us up at port, perfect timing. Introduced himself and took luggage to vehicle. Safely drove us to the airport with plenty of time. Then helped us with our bags, an escorted us to the ticket counter. Very unexpected and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this driver and this service.

The Driver was on time, tackled the heavy and crazy traffic in Greece to get us to the airport in time to the airport.

We disembarked from the ship and collected our luggages and waited outiside the terminal for about an hour. It was too cold outside. We finally met the driver who has my name on a sheet of white paper. The ride was ok. It was about 35 minutes or so. We arrived at the airport ahead of our flight schedule.
