Driver kept us informed on his time of arrival and stea of pickup. We received information about our pickup time and location 24 hours before our pickup.

For sure book with confidence with VIATOR, as we have so many times! This trip we booked Viator for 3 different transports with my mother-in-law who has limited mobility. Our driver was about an hour late to pick us up. Traffic was bad but he did not allow for it despite knowing the area.

It’s very easy to explain — the traffic at the Port of Miami is extremely heavy. Any ride there can take between one to two hours to complete. That is the reason the driver arrived nearly one hour late to pick up the passenger. The delay was entirely due to traffic inside the port. The driver kept the passenger informed at all times about the situation, and they also experienced the congestion firsthand once they left the port area. Unfortunately, traffic conditions at Port of Miami can be unpredictable, especially during peak cruise disembarkation hours. The company always plans routes carefully and allows extra time when possible; however, on this occasion, the congestion within the port was beyond operational control.
Our driver was excellent! He came on time, helped us with our bags, had a very clean vehicle, and once we arrived at our destination – he helped us with our bags again. Highly recommend!
