Pearls Tours was always very reliable and punctual. The driver was very helpful when crossing the border. We were very well supported in booking another activity (sundown cruise). The very nice drivers were in a good mood and have readily provided information to our questions. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend Pearls Tours!

Disaster disaster So we see the magnificent bridge and we celebrate progress in Africa. In my husband’s words we spoke too soon. 10 min in Botswana then 2.5hours in Zambia. This is after we are surrounded by agents claiming to help. 468 USD later. I felt like this is a scam. I felt scammed. I believe I was scammed. I lost all respect for the beautiful border. It seems they make all the money on unsuspecting drivers. They have all kinds of receipts for all kinds of unpaid services. We paid agents after they gave us the papers which they hold on too the whole time. Travelers beware. I don’t have a recommendation except to say the border crossing is built for these hucksters.
Hie Its sad you had a disaster experience trying to cross the border to zambia and hopefully the zambian border post can improve the process. we are a company which transport service from Kasane to Victoria Falls Zimbabwe. You did not make any booking with our company and leaving such a terrible rating for the company which has no idea about your travelling or experience is not good for our business. please kindly take it done from our page and write it under Kazungula Border zambia.
