This is our third time to Italy and we’ve used this device every time ! Marco and his drivers are great, professional , speak English , and most importantly for us North Americans ….. they are punctual. Amazing every time. Grazie Mille !!
I’ll be honest I never write reviews, but this company’s service is truly amazing. This is the second time I’ve used them through out the years. The degree of professionalism is superb , they are always on time and their cars are very well kept. Would not hesitate to use them again.
My husband and I were fortunate to find Mr. Marco’s service, and we were completely satisfied with it. He took us on a tour from the port o Civitavecchia to Rome and back. He showed us around the city, including the Colosseum, the cemetery, and several other places of great interest. We also visited the Vatican. We were very pleased and highly recommend.
We used Marco for both from the airport to downtown Rome. At the airport Marco’s associate met us there on time and quickly got us to our hotel. For our departure from the hotel to Civitavecchia there was a marathon that morning going right past our hotel. Marco was aware a couple of days early and forewarned us. We chatted at the pick up time and he stopped a block away while we got to his car. The local police weren’t happy with him but we were successful. A smooth drive to the cruise port wher we were dropped right at the door. Marco’s prices are competitive and service was great. I understand that he also does Rome tours. I would happily recommend Marco to anyone needing transportation in or around Rome
Our van was 50 min late and it was older and not as described. After I contacted Viator, since they did not show on time, they said the driver was in an accident and they would be 30 min delayed. They did not contact me first and were in fact 50 min delayed. No apologies and the delay time was unacceptable.
I am sorry to read this, you were 8 people with a lot of luggage and we arranged for you a Mercedes Sprinter Van instead of a Mercedes V Series Van because it could accommodate all of you and as you had requested, you could travel together and save money. Your travel agent knew and had been advised that the pick-up was available in only 2 times 8.00am and 11.00am and chose 11.00am. I am surprised, but I understand that in many cases the lack of communication and professionalism between you customers and your travel agents creates these misunderstandings. Furthermore, our driver had to change the destination because your travel agent entered the wrong hotel address on the reservation. Next time contact us directly and change travel agent, it will be better
Ease of getting to the Port was excellent. The driver was professional and kind and my husband, who has mobility issues, enjoyed the ride without any discomfort.
Stress free shuttle to the port. Driver was early, polite, and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.
