Our driver and tour guide were excellent. Manuel our driver was fantastic. Stephen our tour guide was amazing. Were grateful for all of their help in making our Roman vacation amazing.
Super interesting tour with an enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable tour guide (Guicamo), you will learn everything you ever want to know about the Medicis and art history of the Renaissance. We were unbelievably close to famous Michelangelo sculptures. Highly recommend.
We were so excited we found this excursion company. It was very easy to book and the communication was great. Our tour did not disappoint. Our driver was informative, and made sure we had time even with the delay on the main highway. Our guide was knowledgeable, helped keep us out of the sun to make sure we were comfortable and very engaging. We are already talking about going to Florence again in the future.

We had Luca for a driver for our multi-destination Italy trip. I don’t have the words to describe the value or experience. We went from Rome to Tuscany region, to Florence, Bologna, and Ravenna, and back to Rome. Luca wasn’t only our driver, he also was a historian and story teller. I can recommend highly enough.

Our group of five women used Rome Private Excursions to transfer from Rome to Assisi and then on to Florence. Our driver was Giovianni "Johnny". HE WAS THE BEST! Very friendly, helpful, safe and fun to be with. He made our trip very stress free, enjoyable and fun too! He quickly became "part of our group". I don't think I will ever do a bus tour again after using Rome Private Excursions ' drivers. We were in total control of when, where and how long we stayed at a stop. When we arrived in Florence after two days it was hard to say goodbye to Giovanni.
We recently hired Rome Driving Tours for a transfer from Rome to Florence with a stop at a winery in Tuscany. The experience was wonderful and our driver really helped make this a perfect trip.
