Punti di ritiro: Tutti gli indirizzi degli hotel, affitti a breve termine, terminal crociere e Aeroporto Internazionale Louis Armstrong (MSY). Si prega di scegliere il luogo di ritiro o inserirlo manualmente al momento del pagamento. Istruzioni di ritiro: Per gli arrivi in aeroporto, il tuo autista ti aspetterà all'interno del terminal, tenendo un cartello con il tuo nome direttamente davanti alle scale mobili al piano terra vicino al ritiro bagagli. Se per qualsiasi motivo il parcheggio è pieno, verrete contattati e vi verranno date istruzioni alternative su dove incontrarvi e caricare. Gli autisti sono programmati in base all'orario di arrivo del volo e consentono fino a 45 minuti per il recupero dei bagagli sui voli nazionali. → Finché tutti i passeggeri sono sullo stesso volo, non abbiamo mai lasciato indietro i clienti. Per i trasferimenti di andata a MSY, si prega di essere pronti almeno 10 minuti prima del ritiro. → Si prega di includere l'orario di ritiro preferito per i trasferimenti di ritorno nelle "Istruzioni speciali" durante il checkout. Se non viene dato tempo, ti verrà programmato 2,5 ore prima della partenza del volo.

Wyatt was our driver and he was so nice and very professional. He was early for our pickup and sent a text right away and helped with our luggage. I would highly recommend this service

Let me start by saying Brian was our driver. He was awesome. He was patient with us because our flight was delayed and he was patient while waiting on the bags very pleasant person. The problem was for our return flight. It was a mixup with a transportation and Kayla, who is the representative that I spoke with about this was not the best person to handle my situation. I paid for a two and from transfer and she was not accommodating when my reservation got messed up she insisted that I paid an amount that I didn’t pay and in the end when it was too late to find a driver to accommodate me she realize that she made a mistake. She informed me that I had to pay for another trip that I already paid for. Sent a email to apologize which by this time it was too late. I end up catching a Uber from our hotel the next morning for a 7 o’clock flight instead of them picking me up, which was what was reserved out of everything else. This was the worst part of my trip so therefore, if you do choose to purchase a two and from transfer, make sure not once not twice but three times that your reservation is correct. I would recommend this service but just make sure that you keep your receipts which I did and make sure everything is clear.

Edward was very professional and welcoming. We had a nice conversation and a quick tour of the surroundings he drove us through the business district to the hotel. Our flight was delayed , yet Edward was waiting until we arrived. Perfect start to out trip.
We shared a taxis ride to and from the airport. This is the cheapest way since it is a standard charge rather than Uber or Lift service. The driver was pleasant and safe. Great ride.
