Excellent service and on time. Also great communication between myself and the driver eased my concerns if the driver would find us. He reached out the night before and that really made me feel better about getting to the airport on time. Awesome experience Thanks!

Never showed up. Left us standing at the airport. Searched for over 45 minutes and ended up using a cab. A total ripoff considering we paid in advance to ensure we had a prompt ride when getting to Bergen.
Despite three confirmatory emails no one showed up to pick us up to take us to the airport and nobody answered the phone. The driver phone never answered, and the company phone never answered.- Rydeu was the company contracted by Viator We had to arrange an emergency taxi service to get us the airport on time- totally unacceptable

The driver was a no show. Numerous attempts to contact the driver failed. The hotel receptionist also called the driver but he said he's phone was off. It was stressful cause I almost missed my flight. Do not book with this company.

I received a text message when I landed that the driver had car issues. He sent a simple cab as a replacement. I paid for a Limo and got a small cab instead. I should have received a refund. I was charge way to much for a "cab" ride.

The driver was early, came into the hotel to help us with our bags, and got us to the airport promptly. He was a great guy.
