This is twice the drive never showed up. Last time ever booking with Viator. Will have to contact customer service again for a refund

I was travelling with my parents and in-laws in their 80s and wanted easy and reliable service. I had booked 4 transports: 1 from Miami Airport to Hotel 2 from the hotel to the port of Miami for a cruise 3 then from the port to the hotel 4 and from the hotel to the airport During the first transport, we were lucky to have Manuel Medina as driver. He is professional, punctual and drives very well. We appreciated it so much that we asked to have it for the other 3 transports, which we were granted. The car, a black Suburban, was perfect for 6 people each traveling with 1 large suitcase and carry-on baggage. The car was very clean. Bottles of water were waiting for us inside, a small detail much appreciated when we spent the day traveling.
The vehicle was absolutely beautiful and our driver fantastic. Professional and very interesting to chat with - wish our ride had been longer! Highly recommend.

Driver arrived on time to hotel we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale. Pick up time scheduled for 11:30am. Driver arrived at 11:20 and was able to get our family of 14 loaded within 10-15 minutes. He handled bags efficiently. Destination was 30 minutes away. Drive was going smoothly until we got closer to port and tunnel to get to port was closed. Driver knew the area that he handle the traffic. He got us on a different route and got us to port at decent time. I was very pleased with driver.
