Booking airport transfer with Fernando and Malambo tours was one of our best decisions. Fernando reached out to us the day we booked the transfer, a full week before our trip. He was in contact with us the day before our flight, and when our flight was delayed 16 hours it was not a problem. When we landed he sent us a message as to how and where to exit the airport and wait for his arrival. He was prompt, polite and an excellent driver. Offered us waters and snacks when we got in his car. Highly recommend this company for airport transportation.

I was concerned that we may not have enough room for all our luggage, as well as getting to the airport in enough time but Fernando assured me, we would be OK and even brought two vehicles to be sure (yes, we needed them)-LOL! There was cold water for us, and everything went very smoothly…

On time and very professional and courteous driver. We got caught in traffic and he really made sure we got their quickly and safely.

Our driver arrived on time in a clean, roomy vehicle with more than ample space for all our luggage. The entire experience was exactly as described in the Viator listing. Communication was excellent, with our driver checking in with us several times in the days before our transfer.

The driver was very polite and spoke English as we had requested. He was very prompt (even early....and we were ready to go). My only suggestion would be to remove used cups from view of guests; there was an empty cardboard cup in the cupholder between the front and rear streets.

William was our driver. He picked us up from our hotel on time. He was very pleasant and he made sure we arrived at the airport timely. The company was in communication before, during and after our transport. They even followed up after we returned home to ask if we made it home safely. I would highly recommend this transportation service.

We had an exceptional & safe ride to our destination. The driver was prompt & professional. His vehicle was clean and large enough to accommodate all our lugguage. He even had a cold bottle of water and a authentic sweet for each of us as we entered his vehicle (a kind gesture). We highly recommend this company.

Fernando communicated with me clearly and regularly before our family arrived in Buenos Aires. He was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. As we drove from the airport he highlighted things we should do and pointed out places of interest along the way. His vehicles were clean and comfortable. He’s a good driver and we felt very secure. You won’t find a better transport service!
