Extremely disappointing experience with this private transfer service. Our original pickup time was scheduled for 10:00 AM. The company called and asked to delay the pickup until 11:00 AM, which I agreed to as a courtesy. However, when 11:00 arrived, nobody showed up. After waiting, we called again and were told the driver would be there in "5 minutes." That was not true. We ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes beyond that estimate. The driver finally arrived around 12:20 PM—more than two hours after our originally scheduled pickup time. Delays can happen, but what made this experience especially frustrating was the repeated misinformation and lack of communication. If the pickup was going to be significantly delayed, we should have been told honestly instead of being given inaccurate arrival times. When you're paying for a private transfer, reliability and punctuality are expected. Unfortunately, this service failed on both counts. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
