As a travel agent I wouldn’t recommend this company for my clients. Overall this experience was not what I paid for. I messaged the company ahead of time to let them know exactly what I wanted and that was not communicated to the driver in the correct language that he speaks. The communication with the driver was poor, as he did not answer his message when called, was 10 minutes late for the pickup, smoked in the vehicle while we were riding, drove the wrong direction, and did not understand English. We were over 30 minutes late for our meeting place and time due to the fact that the driver wasn’t aware of the two hour stop we had paid for. I reached out to the company and they did call me, but tried to communicate with the driver in English, which he doesn’t even speak. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

In this particular case, all information, including your requested two-hour stop, was provided to the driver in advance. Unfortunately, the driver failed to follow the itinerary and did not meet our service standards. Based on this experience, we made the decision to end our cooperation with this partner immediately after this trip. It was both his first and last service operated under our company. When our ship docked in Monaco, we skipped the tour bus to the airport and instead arranged a private sight-seeing tour of Monte Carlo, La Turbie, and Eze. Our driver, Ainars, picked us up in a Mercedes van and shared with us information about the towns we passed along the way, as well as the specific sites we’d be visiting. At each one, he dropped us off with sufficient time for us to explore, and then retrieved us for the next part of the journey. Eze was more impressive than any of the cruise’s shore excursions, so genuinely worth the stop – and Ainars’ running commentary made the visit that much more productive and enjoyable.

The driver was very courteous and introduced many spots to us. The drive from Monte Carlo to Nice is beautiful. Many interesting stop points. We enjoyed the ride and some of the small stops.
