Trasferimento privato da Londra al terminal delle crociere di Southampton

First of all, I would like to state that our driver was excellent! He was punctual and kept in constant contact with me verifying the pickup the day before and letting me know the day of pickup he was a little early if we wanted to go. Since we were ready, we did leave earlier. The driver was very professional and friendly. Now the vehicle. I had specifically told the agent when booking, that we were 3 adult couples with lots of luggage, because I knew this was going to be a 2-hour trip to the cruise terminal. I was assured the vehicle was suitable. But it was NOT. We had 3 adult couples with 12 pieces of luggage We each had one large and one carryon bag each for our 13 days stay. The van was small and the seating was one bench, one single seat and 2 pull-down or jump seats. One of us was in the front seat with the driver and two were in the back face-to-face with the ladies, with luggage on one seat, because the space was tight. It was a very uncomfortable ride.

Excellent driver & very professional. My husband left his phone in the car & the driver was gracious enough to come back to the port. Thank you Horatio
