Even though I booked the transfer quite late the organizer contacted me promptly. The pick up location and time were arranged easily without any issues. Next day the driver was on the place just on time. The driver was smooth without sudden brakes or acceleration. He shared multiple advice about traveling and to expect and avoid while being in Agra. Thank you!
Nice transfert. The Driver was on time, drove carefully and made stop during the road for coffee and stretch. I felt save with this driver as a woman traveling solo. Nice guy, even with not too much English we talked a bit about his family and his kids. I jjust needed a relayable driver for my transfer and the price was pretty good. Thanks
The driver knew about six words in English, he didn’t know the roads or locations I wanted to see. He called his contracting company and I told them over the phone where I wanted to go, then they translated to him. He didn’t know still where to go. He blew past one of the sites that was off the highway, took me to some random place for the second site, then used my phone for Google Maps to get to final destination. The driver was professional and courteous, but communication was impossible. This company MUST confirm the driver speaks your language before booking them.
