From the moment we booked until we arrived at our destination, the entire experience was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout—our driver proactively reached out the day before, confirmed all the details, tracked our flight, and kept us updated on his arrival. That immediately gave us peace of mind after a long journey. Our driver, Rihards (Richy), was exceptional. He was punctual, professional, incredibly friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. He was knowledgeable about the area, happy to answer our questions, and made the drive enjoyable with great conversation while always remaining respectful of our space. Most importantly, we felt completely safe throughout the journey. His driving was calm, confident, and professional, and it was clear that customer comfort and safety were his top priorities. Good communication - easy ride. All round great service
Driver (Sandris) messaged me the day before we travelled to say he would meet us at arrivals at Geneva Airport. He was there when we arrived. Minibus was clean and the drive up to La Plagne was excellent. Same driver picked us up, on time, for the return journey to the airport. Very efficient, would strongly recommend.
