Very fast response on our request, driver came a little bit earlier, we had luck that our driver Nikola went on alternate road because the main road was very busy, we recommend this agency and will use it again for sure!

The actual booking experience was great, BUT having booked a taxi for 5.00am in the morning, it wasn't until 23.45pm the night before that an SMS was sent asking me for the time and place of pick up by the local driver/company. It took considerable persuasion to get them to pick me up as arranged. Once picked up the driver was great, no problems. It appears that the pick up/drop off details and time details are not sent to the local agent, this nearly caused me serious problems as at that time in the morning it would have been very difficult to arrange another taxi.
