This was one of our worst experiences using Viator. I feel that most every tour or activity we have booked through them has been good to excellent quality and very much as advertised. I'm afraid this was the worst. We didn't get a message about the driver the day before so I wasn't sure if it was happening until that day. It was a transport from Agra to Delhi which already takes 4 hours. We were continually up sold and had to pay extra to go on the highway. We were then asked to then take more of our time out of our day to go shop in the organizers shop along the way. We were "upgraded" at a cost of 500 indian rupees without out asking for that and it would not have been bad except the car we were picked up in was not clean or very comfortable and the fragrance in the car gave me such a horrible migraine that I almost vomited. I think the driver was nice enough but the person or company that set this up was truly scary. I'm afraid I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Also you have booked transfer from Agra to Delhi not for Gurugram still we said we will take you then you said we want to use new Highway for Gurugram, then we said only tolls amount you have to pay extra. Because Gurugram has best connectivity from Old highway in 3-4 hours . Then you said husband had meeting so we want to use new Highway. From new Highway to reach Gurugram which means you need cross whole Delhi city. So we asked you for tolls amount extra. Even for two people only Sedan car included but we gave you SUV. Please always check before what you asked for. We gave all information in advance. First time we asked you for tea stop not for shopping. We requested for visit of Indian tea and spices not for shopping. Thank you

Mr Praveen frm Trek India Tours has greatly assisted myself in arranging the transfer. He is not only friendly, but also easy to interact with. My driver was Mr Monti Chaudry he has been a very good driver and guide. Before we reached Delhi, he dropped me at Delhi's important landmarks such as India Gate, Humayyun Tomb and Qutub Minar before the transfer to Delhi Airport. Comfortable car ride in an SUV with 5 adults and a luggage rack. Good driver and stopped at a rest stop along the way. I appreciated the quiet ride since I booked a previous transfer with another company where the driver talked loudly on the phone almost nonstop.
Ride was great. I accidentally booked this ride from Agra to Delhi on the wrong day, and they accommodated me with no issues to switch ride to Jaipur on the next day. The car was clean, and driver was a good driver and very nice.

Actually, this company was suggested by my friend for tours but I already took tours then I decided to take a transfer at the last of my day In India. Praveen is really good to answer any questions and he sent a car at 7 am to my hotel because I had a flight from Delhi at 3 pm then he promised to drop me off before 11am. It was a great private transfer with a clean car and a good driver. I would definitely recommend him for tours in India.
Upgraded to an SUV so I’d have more room and a comfortable ride for a small fee. Rearranged the seats so that I could get most comfortable and was very attentive to my comfort on the way. Ride was 3 hours and included a bathroom stop. Very pleasant!

Great experience! Driver showed up early to the hotel, had great conversation and safely made it to my destination. Offered water and to stop along the way if I wanted to.
