Lost time. Lost money. We paid €25 to stay walking from top to bottom in a ferry, getting very little embarring that is the best place. Because in Murano it's just trade, they just want us to buy expensive goods for them to probably earn commission. The trade is much cheaper to sell strawberry. And the other town that was horrible the island. The only one who saved was excellent brunno

You should refund the cost of the excursion. Although my ticket clearly indicated where I wanted to go, the launch driver left us at an abandoned pier. Lucky for us a security guard arranged a taxi for us to take us the rest of the way to the cruise ship. If you weren’t going to fulfill the contract you should have never charged my credit card nor picked us up. You hear about incidents like this but you never think it could happen to you!
On time to pick us up. Captain's courtesy and support greatly appreciated. He assured we were arriving at the correct location.
The tour operator came to our hotel 2 hours before the time we scheduled to take us to our cruise ship. When they came at the right time, we had to walk a bit to the water taxi station where the boat could not get close to the dock, so I had to to be lifted into the boat.
The boat driver was fine but the local company completely screwed up the pickup time despite 3 emails.

There was no communication for the people that came to get muse & family. We had know idea where they were picking us up at. Then we were dropped off at the buses for cruise & they did not have us on the list. We had to go through hoops to get to our cruise ship. They wanted to charge us. I said that what I purchased was to take us to the cruise port. This was very stressful & I can’t say I would do this again. I did not see in the transportation where it even said that we were taking a bus to the port after the boat taxi. Not an experience I want to remember. Really put a damper on our family time together.
We booked a Viator boat trip from our hotel in Venice to our Royal Caribbean cruise ship. The Viator boat picked us up on time and left us at a Royal Caribbean pier where we were told to board a bus for a 2.5 hour ride to the ship. Viator didn't know that the cruise ship docks 2.5 hours away? Had they said something when we booked, we would have left the hotel much earlier to allow for the long bus trip and not arrive minutes before departure.
Since my travel agent did not make transportation arrangements from the hotel in Venice to the Royal Caribbean ship, I had to make them myself. She did, however, recommend that I use Viator. My only question was, why did you only get me the transportation from the hotel to the Venice Port when it was required that I spend another $50+ per person to get a 2 hour + bus from there to the port in Ravenna? Royal Caribbean uses that port which is most inconvenient.... not your fault. Fortunately there was a bus at the Venice port which went to Ravenna. Had that not been there, what would I have done?
Picked us up in front hotel. Loaded and unloaded all bags. Professional and friendly. Great communication between myself and tour operator
