<p>No hassle, picked up at the airport and taken to my hotel in a clean car with an English speaking person</p>
<p>Worley was great. I lost my luggage and was delayed getting out of Baggage claim. She waited and then when I did get out she was right there. I was sure my ride was going to be long gone. On the ride to the Hotel she had a map ready with spots if I wanted to do some sight seeing. Her english was great and I felt like I was getting a mini tour with my airport transport. Great customer service and a friendly smile. I highly recommend this service and I would request her by name if possible. Don't miss the Pandas while you are in Chengdu.</p>
<p>Transfer was easy and the staff were very nice and accommodating particularly with our late arrival and getting us into our apartment, as the owner stuffed up! calling it Sun Gold Apartments, but was actually the Excellency . Would recommend and use again.</p>
<p>Our guide was waited for us on arrival and we has a pleasant journey to our hotel. He pointed out places and recommended places to visit during our stay.</p>
<p>Our "meet and greet" was excellent with lovely guide providing overview information on the 25 minute drive to our Hotel. Chengdu was thoroughly enjoyable - parks with diverse activities, wide streets, river, temples, old alleyways, street art, tea houses, amazing history and culture, the extra-ordinary Changing Mask Sichuan Opera, amazing street food, incredible choice of restaurants and bars......Can Do Chengdu is their slogan and I suggest everyone does just that!</p>
<p>Our driver was flexible to our needs to get to the airport early. No concerns getting to the airport and that helped as we had a long day of travel ahead. Well Done.</p>

<p>our flight was delayed 2 and 1/2 hourf from shanghai due to storms, our driver "kevin"arrived within 10 minutes of landing 230am , great english,very helpful,, at hotel came inside to ensure everything was in order.he also gave us his mobile number for us to ring anytime we had any problem or needed help in chengdu<br/> great service</p>
