Seamless transfer experience from Tbilisi Airport to the hotel in Tbilisi. Company contacted me the day before to confirm details and let me know who the driver was and where he’d wait for me. Driver also contacted me and held a sign with my name waiting for me after baggage claim. He was also helpful with the luggage and drove safely to Tbilisi. Overall, great option if you want a seamless airport to hotel transfer in Tbilisi.

Very poor. Turned up late, no greet, no idea what car, didn’t leave the car. We had to find them. Do not use

Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding and the fact that your flight landed earlier than expected, there was a delay of approximately five minutes before you were able to connect with the driver. During this time, our driver attempted to locate you, and once you met, he immediately apologized for the inconvenience. Regarding the vehicle, the transfer was provided in a clean and well-maintained Toyota Camry with an English-speaking professional driver, which is consistent with the service booked. Although we believe this situation resulted from a miscommunication rather than intentional negligence, we still wanted to make things right. For that reason, we issued you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill and sincere regret that your experience fell short of what we strive to provide. Driver was waiting just outside of customs with our name on paper. Fast and easy way to get into Tiblisi. Car was very nice Mercedes and I'm glad I wasn't driving...
