When we arrived in Sao Paulo and walked outside to meet our driver, we were appalled that the driver was in a compact car even though when we made the reservation we indicated that we would have 6 pieces of luggage and two carry-ons. The driver could not get all of the luggage in the car and left one of us at the airport in order to transport me to the hotel and then rushed back 20 minutes later to pick up my partner! I had to sit in the front seat holding luggage and was so disappointed in this reservation! I have never had this problem with Viator before!
This was one of the smoothest pick ups I’ve had. The flight was very late but they kept track of it and were at the meeting point on time as promised. The driver showed up quickly and provided a nice drive to the hotel.

Staff were waiting with signs at the airport and communicated with me about where to meet them. The vehicle was smaller than expected but managed to squeeze our larger luggage in the trunk. The driver did not speak English and responded with a quick and sharp “No” when asked. It would have been nice to learn more about the areas we passed on the drive from the airport to the hotel. The driver gave a pleasant good bye when we got out of the car. It was a ride but nothing extra, it met the need and expectations.
Failed to send a large enough vehicle for 5 of us. We had to wait until a second vehicle arrived to take us to the hotel.
Excellent service. They confirmed the reservation via email and reached out to clarify to ask a question. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and they were there waiting for us with a sign. The driver did not speak English but he was safe and helped with the bags. He also made sure to help us check in at our airbnb. Would recommend!
My flight was cancelled twice. My first ride was rescheduled (which I was grateful for) but the second I had to pay for even though I was not rebooked to arrive for 24 hours..

We were met right out of the international arrivals hall. The person called a driver and took us to our hotel. Process was easy.

It was a great experience. As soon as I exited the baggage claim, the company had an associate waiting for me. She had my name on the sign. No delays. The driver was extremely polite. Pleasant conversation. The car was nice and clean. I highly recommend it.
