There were memorable elements to this reservation. The driver did call to confirm the pick up the night before. The day of he called and to say he had arrived. We went outside only to find no vehicle. I called him and verify the address of 9009 Astronaut Blvd which was on my confirmation paperwork. He was not at this address and said he needed to call the provider. It all went down hill from there. We were extremely frustrated and concerned about missing our flight. I called back and received no response. Therefore, it was imperative that we obtain immediate car service to make our flight. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of $120.00
Great service, clean vehicles, friendly drivers - would highly recommend! We had a shuttle for one trip and annSUV for the other, loved both!
