I arrived early out of customs and the driver adjusted very well. The car was clean and I felt safe riding in the vehicle.

Arrived at Ciaro International Airport. proceeded to the baggage and taxi area. I spent 40 minutes looking for the driver with a placard with my name. To no avail did I find the driver who was to pick me up and drive me to my hotel. I did not have internet, and the airport's internet would not connect to my phone. I had to retrieve money from the ATM and get a taxi to my hotel. I choose not to use the Viator service to book any upcoming taxis or other services. I find it very poor in relation to other hire-a-driver services.

The transfer bus was here just as we exited the airport. Ismail and Saif where our drivers and they were very very pleasant. Very friendly and talkative during our transfer and made us feel very welcome. Very informative about the area too and was nice enough to give us some recommendations. Will highly recommend these guys for a transfer and they do tours too. Ask for Ismail and his son Saif as they were lovely.

I had a great experience with this company! They communicated with me prior to pick up. At the airport, my driver was waiting for me with a sign with my name, once I stepped outside of the terminal. The driver carried my bag to the car and drove me safely to the hotel.

Transportation back to airport went very smooth even at a very early hour. Our driver was safe and got us to our departure gate with plenty of time to spare, and helped us unload luggage

Driver was right on time, had a sign so was easy to find , helped with luggage, pointed on sights along the way and provided water fornthe ride.

Great Airport Rep guide through immigration/customs & luggage claim, then to friendly, on-time driver in clean AC mini-bus, short walk to outdoor parking lot next door, so ensure you have rolling luggage. Good ride to hotel. Driver stopped at bridge overlooking the Nile for light picture taking. Airport representative was Subhi, driver Khalaf. Good communication through WhatsApp app by manager, Muhammad Khadira. Highly recommended, would pre-book GEM for airport transport again to avoid crazy taxi wait & haggling. Thank you, great job. 👍
