Upon arrival, they texted me to call them which I did. They said the driver canceled, wasn’t coming and file a complaint with Viator. That’s it!! Basically tough luck and we are keeping all your money. This is a total scam, ripoff and illegal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Driver was on time and helpful. Car was clean and the driver drove safely. The price was reasonable for car service, although I do not believe it included tip ( many car services do). I tipped the driver.

I had booked a ride from Kona airport to Hilton Waikoloa Village and nobody showed up. I called the transport provider who had no record of the confirmation number shown on my ticket or under my name. They said I should call Viator's local number, which doesn't exist. We took a taxi from the airport to Waikoloa Village. The taxi service actually is less expensive.
