The car was extraordinary, the cleanliness, punctuality, and attention were extraordinary, but the driver really does not understand even the basics in English and gets a bit frustrated.
Friendly and timely service. Our trip from airpirt to appartement was very smooth. Driver was waiting for us and was very helpful
Our driver, David, contacted us the day before to confirm all trip details. He arrived early to load our 5 large suitcases plus 6 people. Van was very comfortable. He was a very pleasant driver, even pointed out some sightseeing items on the way to Inchon airport.

Absolutely awful experience and the worst way to start our trip. The driver was supposed to track our flight and didn’t and we ended up waiting for 30 mins for him to arrive. Driver didn’t have a sign with our name so it was difficult to find him. Driver kept taking photos of us and having to send photos to the office which made us super uncomfortable. Ultimately it took an hour to even get driving and was a weird and uncomfortable experience
Great service, driver was waiting with a sign as soon as we exited the baggage reclaim area. Very nice and spacious Hyundai van and loads of room for luggage. The driver helped with the bags and was a very good driver.
Our tour guide name is J-HO, he is accommodating and kind. He has a lot of patience in planning our trips and if we are late for the call time. He is good at taking photos like he will literally be on the floor for the clients to have a good photo. Have a good voice he will sing you shabang shabang in English shining shining and accompany you to the airport until you get to your gate. He is a good tour guide and our driver is also good he is a good driver
Nice car. Good driver. We were relieved to have an organized ride. The pick up spot was co fusing but it all worked out.
Our driver was very helpful and gave me a heads up of the issue with the a/c but did have the air and windows open.
Private transfer from Inchon to Seoul. Modern luxury van, our driver spoke minimal English but was very good at using the phone to translate. He was very professional and had us to the hotel with no issues. Would definitely recommend.
