Choose Viator driver over taxi or ride share due to reliability and comfort. Driver arrived early and was very pleasant . Trip from the hotel to the river port was relaxing and stress free.

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early which was great. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the back during the 100 degree heatwave. Our driver was falling asleep while driving and driving erratically.

I may have misspelled the hotel name sending the driver to another hotel. After the correction the driver arrived with professionalism and never mentioned it

The drivers don’t show up on time and sometimes drop you off at the wrong location. Plus they won’t correct their mistakes. Getting a refund for driver mistakes is impossible.
