These people are truly amazing. Helping an American navigate one of the toughest land border crossings in the world is no easy feat. However, both transfers from Amman to Tel Aviv, and then 8 days later back to Amman from Jerusalem, went perfectly. The drivers on both sides were fantastic, and even gave me nice tips along the way of things to see. On my transfer back to Amman, one of the border crossings closed last minute. This company was extremely proactive and messaged me the day before, and rerouted me through a northern border crossing. Even with this change, everything went smoothly and perfectly. I won’t lie. As an American Jew, driving through the West Bank was something I was nervous for. However, my driver made me feel not only safe and cared for, but he even stopped for me to try some Palestinian food on the way to the Jordanian border from Israel. When I come back, should I need to cross the Israeli/Jordanian border, I will use Tour Experts again. They not only made my trip logistics perfect, but they provide a safe and necessary service to those in the area. I cannot thank you enough!
Nice service, and great agency, we used them in Oct 2024 for a tour in Jordan, and everything was perfect, now they arranged our transfer from Jerusalem to Amman and the same service 10/10
we didn't need to do anything at all, the drivers on both side of jordan and israel took care of everything for us, and make sure that we had a fast and safe transfer from jerusalem to amman
transfer was easy and really fast, everyone told me it will take the full day to cross the border, but creative team took care of everything for me and make it faster than expected, within 2 hours i arrived to Amman
one of the best transfers we had, driver was on time waiting for us at hotel even we delay him extra 15 min, and he asked us if we need any help so we arrive on time to Amman, we will not ask for better service than this
