Trasferimento Muscat : trasferimento dall'aeroporto da/per hotel a Muscat

Muscat Airport Transfer ------------------------------------- Ali picked me up at the airport early morning (past midnight) on a Friday. It was a bit tricky booking at this "unholy hour".....I thought maybe because it's Friday and only a few people will work @this window of time. Luckily, I got Ali as my driver. He had a System, he's organized and provided easy instructions. Airports could be chaotic a lot of times so I really appreciate the clear signs/locations added to his detailed instructions. He patiently waited for me despite the lag at the immigration and baggage pick-up. Was able to relax on our way to the Hotel. These things that make your life easier, no matter how little (or big) they are, are so well appreciated especially if you are new to a country trying to figure things out in the middle of the night ! Great driver, clean car and prompt pick up. Kept in contact before pick up and arrived at the airport in good time.

I booked this company for both to and from the hotel. On the first leg, they were late but there was fault on both sides. I put 08.00 on the booking form as it was the morning flight arrival. I received a WhatsApp from Ali and I read 07.15 so was happy that it was the same AM pick up. The company However listed the PM flight Number and I didn't notice the error. So they tracked against wrong the flight number but did have the correct time, and I was at fault for not spotting the error and telling them. Ali went out of his way to get another car and I got to the hotel eventually so grateful to him for this. For the return leg, Ali advised that he could make timing adjustments and so I elected to get picked up at 10.20am as opposed to 11.00am. I wanted to get to the Sultan Kaboos Mosque on route back to the airport. This was all arranged and agreed. 10.20am came and passed....then I made some WhatsApp calls, no answer then I was messaged back to say there was some kind of accident and I ended up getting picked up at 10.51am (too late) by which time, I just wanted to go to the airport. Overall, mistakes happen as do unforeseen issues. However, I didn't get met upon my arrival (of which I am part to blame) but the 10.20am pick up time was missed.

Highly recommended. No problems with pickup. Comfortable car with great driver. Very professional service. We were picked up at 1 am and delivered safely to our hotel 20 minutes later.

I was sent instructions on where to meet the day before my arrival. I contacted the vendor when I arrived. A short time later, the driver showed up. He apologized for being late due due Thursday evening traffic. He took care of my luggage. Being that my walking is not that great, the driver was kind enough to bring the car to me. The ride was comfortable to my hotel. A pleasant experience.

Overall, the ride was smooth, the driver was on time. Changed my pickup time an half hour earlier, the driver was very accommodating, I appreciated that.

I was very happy with the service. Ali gave clear instructions on where to meet the driver and how to get there, and as soon as we called, the driver arrived promptly. Everything was seamless, and Ali was wonderful to coordinate with. I would highly recommend this service.
