This is the second time we have used Viator. Very satisfied, from start to finish. Very simple to book.
The pre-trip communication was excellent and our driver was extremely easy to find once we arrived at the airport.
Used cocotours for an airport transfer from puerto plata to one of the all inclusive resorts. We had delays leaving New York because we left on Mother’s Day, but our driver was waiting patiently at the airport when we arrived . Two days before they hit you up on WhatsApp (download the texting app when you book) and confirm your flight/destination and so forth and they track your flight The day before they send you your drivers info name and number The van was comfortable and the driver, EURI, was INCREDIBLE. He’s an amazing driver, super friendly, and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the surrounding area if you’re curious to know about their culture. Or, if you wish not to talk he’ll let you plug your own phone in or put whatever music you want We requested euri for the return trip and he was there 20 minutes before pickup time if not more. He got us to our flight in plenty of time and we had no worries at all being in his hands . Cocotours was incredible, professional, punctual, and is a great option to use for your next trip, tour, or airport transfer A little pricey, BUT Highly recommend !!!
Horrible service! Booked an airport to hotel transfer but no one there to greet! Asked another tour person who called and was told to sit down and wait! Texted company and got no reply! Finally got tired of waiting abd asked the man I spoke with and told someone is coming in 10 minutes! Finally guy beside him takes us to his mininvan to drive us. No refreshments as promised, no communication from Cocotours! Not a great experience and even worse, they email next day to ask if i want to book tours with them! Why go with an unreliable service that doesn’t show up or communicate with you!
As good as it gets for airport transportation so far. Quick and easy. best out of the 20 plus we have taken.
Wonderful ride from the airport to our hotel. Driver was professional and waiting for us when we arrived.
Excellent Service, they were ready at the airport when we arrived, had clean vehicles and nice safe drivers. They helped my parents with their luggage which was appreciated! On the pickup they were running 5 min late but texted me through WhatsApp to give me a heads up and apologized which I thought was incredibly courteous. I’d highly recommend CocoTours to anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic
Coco tours provided our Puerto Plata Airport (POP) pick up and return. Upon arrival, our driver was waiting and very easy to find. Driver spoke English (helpful as we don’t yet speak Spanish). Lots of local history on the trip. Return pick up was also right on time. This was a very affordable private transport in a clean modern mini van.
They were on time going & coming .Got us to our destination on time .Drivers were pleasant. No hassle
