I booked for siem reap airport to hotel, communications after booking was superb, so meet at airport was spot on, driver was ready even after delayed flight....vehicle was excellant, as we were a bit tired ride was super comfortable. Driver spoke good english and gave some pointers as we got close to hotel, where to go, etc...really pleased so i also booked for ankor wat tour (seperate review). Dependable, reliable, comfortable...perfect
Our driver was waiting for us when we landed and spoke excellent English. The drive was smooth and we were given bottled water. During the drive he gave us lots of information about Cambodia and the things we could see and do.
I booked Mr Sophat Sok's company via email for my ride back to the airport from Siem Reap city centre. He replied and confirmed right away. You pay the driver in cash upon reaching your destination. The fee quoted is transparent and covers airport parking and road tolls. Even when I had to change the transport from an SUV to a minivan the night before we departed in order to fit 4 of us plus our luggage, it was no problem for him at all. He was very accommodating. The new airport (code SAI) is about an hour away from the city centre- definitely not doable by tuktuk, so do travel in cool comfort and safety with Mr Sophat Sok's fleet of cars and his trusted and courteous drivers! I'm sure that if I stayed longer to explore beautiful Siem Reap I would book with him again to get around the city and the outskirts safely.
