There was a weather problem and traffic so the car was late but he informed us all the time about his arrival. We had a lot of luggage and it was necessary for my husband and the driver to get it all to the van across the street.I am disabled so my scooter also needed to be put “on board.” All in all it was a success but there was little interaction with the driver. It was a safe transfer.
