Trasferimento in Alberta: Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, Calgary

We were picked up the day after we departed the wonderful Rocky Mountaineer Train. We had Richard for a tour of Jasper and the Jasper Skywalk. He brought us back to our hotel in Jasper. The next day we were picked up by Richard again for the trip to Banff. He pointed out all the great landmarks and we all loved his "dad Jokes"! We went to the Icefield and the Banff Gondola. We have had lots of tour guides in out travels the past years but Richard was the best ever!

The experience was good. The driver was helpful and friendly. I think bigger signs for bus transport is needed in the arrivals at Calgary airport. My partner and I walked up and down in arrivals for a good hour trying to find where the bus was and we thought more information was needed on the bus details. We figured out the bus we needed was a Brewster bus and this was only mentioned once in the ticket details. Maybe the bus information needs to be more clear.

The drivers and guides were all very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and caring. They made the experience more enjoyable!

Mary was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She guided our group every day from Calgary to Jasper with such professionalism, warmth, and passion for what she does. Her knowledge of the region was exceptional, and every stop came with fascinating stories, historical details, and insider tips that brought the Rockies to life in a way only a true local could. Beyond being informative, Mary was incredibly organized and always one step ahead. She managed every detail seamlessly so our group could just relax and enjoy the journey. Her timing was perfect, her commentary was engaging, and her personality made every mile of the trip feel like traveling with a friend who genuinely loves sharing her home with others. I have been on many guided trips, but Mary truly stands out as one of the best. She embodies everything you would want in a tour guide: knowledgeable, personable, reliable, and full of heart. Brewster Tours is lucky to have her, and I feel lucky to have experienced the Rockies through her eyes.

Jamie was an absolute amazing and energetic tour guide. He paid attention to the needs of all the guests. His knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing about the wonders of the natural world we traveled through was so contagious! Can’t say enough good things about him and the tour

We had a fantastic day trip from Calgary to Banff. Highlights of the day were Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and my favourite Moraine Lake so beautiful. Commentary from our hosts Gerald and Jamie was amazing and driving was exceptional. A long day but a very fun day with lots of stops for photos and exploring. Lunch was great too Highly recommend.

Fantastic tour/transfer. We started our tour from Jasper and ended in Calgary with a 2 day stopover in Banff. The ride was on the amazing Ice Fields parkway. The bus made several stops, each one was simply incredible! The second half of the tour was centered on the history and sites of Banff finishing in Calgary. I don’t usually enjoy motorboat tours but this one was exceptional! Shout out to our drivers/guides: Laura, Richard and Michael. Great fun.

Dustin and Krista were wonderful in getting us from Lake Louise to Jasper with the many sightseeing stops in between. Dustin was very knowledgeable on the local history and a great driver. Krista was a great Host making we got where we needed to go and taking photos at various stops. A great team!

The journey itself was fine and all on time but some of the customer service and communication was lacking. I used Tripadvisor to message the company to ask if they would drop us at our airport hotel instead of the airport and my reservation was updated with the new address. The driver kind of accosted us for being late even though we were a couple minutes early by my account, so it could be clearer when to arrive. I checked to confirm he would drop us at the hotel but he immediately just said “we don’t drop off there” even when I showed him the reservation. He and another staff member just said “it’s because you booked with a third party” but weren’t apologetic.
