Perfect pick up Great communication, we had a quick walk through the airport and heard from Them by the time we got our luggage. Driver was where they said with our name displayed He was friendly, gave us a safe and an informative ride.

It was a very easy to book a car service and able to assuage fears with the team / operators messaging through Viator prior ( thanks Reina ) And was such a relief to see our driver Rod standing there at the airport waiting after we endured such a long flight from the US to Sydney Australia . He was polite personable and professional. Picked us up in a clean comfortable large SUV .Rod also gave us a bit of information and direction on what to see and do while in Sydney. I do recommend the marqueses limousine service especially if Rod is your driver
Driver was in contact with us as soon as plane landed. Met us outside of baggage claim. Vehicle was super nice and clean. Dropped us off at front door of hotel. Very professional. Highly recommend this service.

Excellent communication with company and driver. Driver Bob was waiting when we exited baggage claim and customs and had texted us prior to our arrival. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and an excellent driver. He helped with our luggage and gave us a brief orientation of the area around our hotel and suggestions of things to do. Very much appreciated having a friendly, helpful and professional waiting for us after traveling almost 2 days to get here. Would highly recommend this company and driver Bob. He was great! Thanks so much for wonderful service. We will definitely use you again if we ever get back to Sydney.
Paul was waiting for me after a long red eye flight from Singapore. He was courteous and helpful and gave me wonderful information on Sydney and the area I was staying in. All in all a lovely ride.
