You lie about the kind of car provided ; I was told it was a Mercedes Benz and it turned out to be a Toyota RAV4

The were a no show at the airport. Had to take a taxi. It ended up being $35 cheaper IF I get my refund from Viator.
Only use this service when walking is the only other option. The price was 3x the alternative and the vendor refused to cancel the trip. Very bad experience!!!
I booked round trip airport to resort transfers with SpeediShuttle. They quickly sent confirmations to our two groups and made sure to follow the arrival of our flights. They were there promptly to pick us up and transfer us to our hotel quickly and comfortably. Their drivers were also polite and courteous. Same thing for our return trips from our resort to the airport. I would use this company again in the future. Thank you!

Scammers! I booked my reservation thought Speedi Shuttle online for an airport ride from Kona airport to my hotel. That went smoothly but when I looked at my reservation, they double booked it so charged me twice. I did not know that Go Shuttle charges you or has something to do with it. From there Kona Taxi was subcontracted to pick us up. When I called Speedi Shuttle to get the mistake charge for the double booking fixed, they sent me to Go Shuttle and Go Shuttle requires an order number, not reservation number, which I don't have and denies all charges or even looking for the reservation. Go Shuttle is on my credit card bill so I have no idea how you can deny that you charged me double besides scamming people! I called Speedi Shuttle and they said they'd fix it and send me an email. I got no email so called again 5 days later and the same thing happened! I believe they send you in circles on purpose. Now I am contesting though my credit card company. I would not book with a company like this again. Check your credit card charges. This company probably expects people not to check.

We, like many other rental car, airlines, and transportation companies, are experiencing longer than usual wait times and delays due to driver and staffing shortages here in Hawaii. SpeediShuttle, you should be embarrassed at how badly you failed. My daughter is disabled and I reserved a private ADA shuttle at Kona Airport on your website. My credit card was charged for both legs of the airport transfer, and I received a confirmation email as well as a reminder email. When we landed in Kona there was no one to greet us. We waited over an hour while I tried to get someone on the phone. When I finally got someone I was told “I’m sorry but we don’t have a shuttle for you, I am not sure why it let you book that online but we don’t have an ADA shuttle.” I asked if there was a regular shuttle bus they could send instead of ADA. “No ma’am we do not have any shuttle for you.” We were left totally stranded with a disabled child at the airport and most cabs cannot accommodate her equipment. It took us two hours to find transportation. Let me repeat that: You took our money, apparently for a service you didn’t offer, and then left us stranded in the outdoor heat with a disabled child. On top of that, we received a cancellation email that indicated we would get a refund for a private shuttle the first leg of our trip and only a shared shuttle for the second part (we were charged and paid for a private shuttle both ways.) So now I have to spend my vacation calling to dispute that. I am absolutely livid that you would be so careless and irresponsible. Traveling with someone who needs special assistance is difficult enough without a service fail of this magnitude, apparently by a company who appears not to care at all. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe how your company handled this situation.
