Prompt and professional. Michael was courteous, engaging and provided helpful advice on the short transfer from the airport. Met us in the arrival’s hall and carried us off in a spotless Mercedes eSUV. Door to door!

We were met in the anrrivals area. The driver was friendly and helped us with our luggage. The van was clean and nicely sized. It was expensive for the short ride though. I’m giving it 5 stars for the service. Overpaying was my fault.

Dimitris was waiting at the Zurich Airport arrival hall with my name board. He was on time. The car was clean and spacious. He even helped with the luggage. Very happy with the service, will not hesitate to book again.
