We used Athens Transfer for four separate trips involving flights and ferries, and every experience was excellent. Our driver was always punctual, professional, and pleasant. The Mercedes van was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. Coordinating multiple transfers while traveling can be stressful, but Athens Transfer made everything easy and seamless. We always felt confident that we would arrive on time and without any hassle. I’m so glad we chose this company and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others visiting Greece. Excellent service from start to finish!
No communication whatsoever and did not want to wait when we got delayed due to long lines at immigration
The driver never showed up. We had to call multiple times and then waited almost an hour for our driver. In the end, they sent a taxi driver which we could have just ordered ourselves. The taxi driver was nice and the drive was fine, but there were no apologies from the company or ownership from them for their screwup.

We’d like to clarify that the total time from your flight landing to your car departure was approximately one hour, of which you waited about 15 minutes in the arrival hall. Unfortunately, your assigned driver experienced a car issue en route to the airport, and to ensure you didn’t lose your transfer, we immediately arranged a replacement taxi at no extra cost to you. We understand travel delays can be frustrating, but we did our best to minimize any inconvenience and ensure you reached your destination smoothly. We hope you’ll reconsider your rating, as our team worked promptly to resolve the situation and provide a reliable service.
They were not there at arrival. They said they would refund me and after 2 months and multiple emails they have not refunded me. They have stolen our money. They asked for my flight number 2 times, I gave it to them 2 times, they were not there on arrival. They then said they would be almost 2 hours until pick up. With 3 children, bags and tired wife after 24hrs of flying, and paying a huge premium for their service, it is disgraceful to not refund after they suggested and confirmed they would refund me as they weren’t even there. Thieves…. DO NOT USE
We are sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify the situation. The plane arrived more than one hour earlier than expected, and you requested the driver to come earlier. Unfortunately, the driver could not adjust the timing, and you decided to cancel the transfer. After canceling, you contacted us again just 20 minutes later requesting the same transfer. By that time, the driver had already been assigned to another transfer, so we could not accommodate your request. We understand this was frustrating, especially with children and luggage, but we always acted based on your requests. While we cannot upload photos, we are happy to share the full conversation history if you are fair and would like to review it. We strive to provide reliable service and regret that the timing did not work out in this instance.
No one there to meet us. We waited 25 mins and also walked around the airport. We sent messages out via app. Ended up taking a cab.

At least 12 hours prior to pick up my driver got in contact with me via WhatsApp. I just made meeting with him so much easier such a professional establishment. I totally recommend them.
We are traveling for a cruise. Loved walking around Athens last night. Dinner was also very good! Enjoying ourselves!
