We have just returned from a 10 day trip to Sri Lanka and could not be happier with the experience. When you quote a price, stick to it. Don't change it after it's been purchased. I purchased the transfer at the stated price, indicated the destination, paid for the transfer, then get a message the next day - after it's been confirmed and paid for as I ordered it - that the price would be higher.

We can’t recommend Dinal and his team of drivers enough. Efficient, friendly and flexible, nothing was too much trouble. It was wonderful to travel to and from our hotel so comfortably and to have my young son’s every need catered for. Dilan met us at the airport and took charge of everything. He was helpful and welcoming without being intrusive and made sure that we got settled into our room in the hotel before leaving us with clear instructions about what would come next as he showed around Negombo, including a boat trip along the river with exotic wildlife and a surreal picnic of local fruits sat on stools on a sandbank. We knew then that out trip would be something different and special and so it proved as Dilan drove us around the island and its vast and varied range of sights.

From the very first message upon our booking we felt we were in good hands and our chauffeur didn’t let us down of that feeling throughout. Although we booked only the arrival transfer they were quite happy to accommodate our trips for the rest of the days at very short notice. Overall it’s been a wonderful tour thanks to the Travel Dreams team.
