Le porte sono etichettate e devi essere alla porta C alla partenza 3, non uscire dall'edificio del terminal. Quando sei pronto, ti preghiamo di informare il tuo autista e aspettare qui, Il tuo autista verrà a prenderti nei prossimi minuti. Il tuo autista ti aspetterà al parcheggio fin dall'atterraggio del volo a causa delle politiche di parcheggio dell'aeroporto e raggiungerà il punto di incontro una volta che sarai pronto. They were on time the car was clean and the driver was friendly. He pointed out sites on the way to the hotel.
Everything was wonderful. I used you guys in 3 different countries Paris, Dubai & Amsterdam and all the experiences were great. Everyone was on time and very nice.
The car did not show up to pick us up. When we finally called to get ahold of the dispatch center, they apologized and said they had accidently given our car to someone else. We requested a refund and there's been no response for several days.
It took us a while to get through immigration. for there was construction. After picking up our luggage, we went directly to the meeting point, but no one was waiting for us. We went outside just in case our driver was there but he wasn’t. Called the company and was told that we exceeded the waiting time allotted , which was an hour, so driver left. Our plane landed at 10:33 am, and we were at the meeting point at around 11:40. If you want to experience what we went through, go ahead and book with this company. Us, on the other hand…NEVER AGAIN! Just take a taxi, or uber. They are more reliable and even costs a lot less!

My driver sent a text prior to my departure from the US on where to be once I arrived in Amsterdam, once I received my luggage he arrived where we sent instructions and we were off. On our pick up from the hotel the driver was exactly right on time to take us back to the airport. I loved the fact that we paid online prior and didn't have to worry about anything.
