Kaylor was very pleasant and knowledgeable about about my questions. The vehicle was clean and air conditioned.
Unable to locate carrier at airport for transportation to hotel. No answer on phone! Return trip to airport was on time.
Great company, friendly driver, My flight was delayed 2 hours I reached out they said no problem my sister used another company they said $50 for the delay. Overall everything was just great and I enjoyed conversation.
Service was not provided. When we arrived at the airport no one was waiting for us. There was no way to contact the local tour operator. We had to reach out to tripadvisor via whatsapp. Tripadvisor rep was able to provide local operator telephone number but they did not answer the telephone. We waited almost 2 hours to get transportation. I will say tripadvsior as a company tried to be accommodating but they also had issues contacting the local tour operator. Do not book this transportation service. We had family members coming after us and they cancelled their service with this company. I always book private transportation on vacation and this was the first time things did not go as planned.
Brand new cars, friendly service and very accommodating. Drivers were on time and easy to communicate with also followed up with our group to coordinate the ride back to the airport. Highly recommend!
