Il giorno di arrivo: l'orario di ritiro per il trasferimento dipenderà dall'orario di arrivo del volo. All'arrivo, recati nella hall dell'aeroporto per identificare l'operatore. Il personale indossa un'uniforme con maglietta arancione e pantaloni beige, si rivolge a loro e menziona la prenotazione del trasferimento. Per il tuo trasferimento di partenza, dovrai coordinare con il personale l'orario in cui verranno a prenderti presso l'hotel dove soggiornerai a Mazatán. Ricorda che devi presentarti in aeroporto 2 ore prima per documentarti. Nota: il servizio di trasferimento condiviso si applica solo agli hotel nelle aree di Dorada ed Emerald Bay. Se il tuo alloggio è fuori da queste zone o in un'abitazione privata all'interno della città, il servizio non sarà fornito. È consentita 1 valigia da 20 kg per passeggero, verrà applicato un costo aggiuntivo se si trasportano più bagagli.

Quick and efficient and friendly. Transport vehicle clean too. I’m not sure what else I can say. Highly recimmended.
I must say, I’m impressed! I was skeptical at first due to the limited number of reviews and was honestly a bit nervous. With a 3 a.m. flight and not speaking Spanish, I kept asking for confirmation—I’m sure I was a bit annoying, lol! But they did not disappoint. The service is managed by SycTravel, Pronatours, and local taxis—all very friendly and bilingual. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Viator stated they could not provide service. I canceled but have not received refund. Viator kept sending information as if service was going to be provided. No communication from viator

They picked us up at the airport right on time, they notified us few days before our trip to let us know how to find them. They made it a very easy trip.

Excellent city to visit and the food was great! Lots of sites to see and plenty of areas to walk along the beach. Need to go to city center and experience that first hand. Will definitely go back!

Everything went smoothly. A representative from the transportation service (Pronatours) was in the airport lobby to greet me upon arrival and led me to the van driver who took me to the hotel. I recommend using this transfer service.

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and the tour company ppl still had someone at airport to pick us up without any delay and get us to hotel and also arrange a time to pick us up at the end of our stay. No worries. Get service

Excellent service! The guide was waiting for me at the airport when I got there, took me to the hotel and back when my trip came to a end. they were on time! I will be booking again. Thanks again for the safe trip back and forth! Mazatlan is the most underrated vacation spot, I will be back 😍 the price in June was fair! Basically the same as a taxi except it came with a ease on the mind of getting back to the airport. The company will send messages, reminders. Professional service.
