Our driver arrived on time and introduced himself. We had a good ride to the airport and were on time for our flight.
The transfer never showed up at the hotel. They claimed i did not give them the address. However i did respond in an email.
Only used for transport from airport and back both drivers were fantastic especially the one who took us back to Prague airport very busy traffic and he did everything to avoid the queues and his English was amazing
I scheduled this with Viator 3-4 weeks before my Prague visit. I was confirmed for a hotel pick-up by the local company (in writing). The day prior I messaged them thru the Viator app to remind them of my pickup time and hotel loaction(scheduled for the next morning). They did not respond. The next morning, when the pick-up time came, they were a no-show. I again messaged them thru the app and got no response. We contacted Uber, a driver came in 5 minutes, got us to the airport in time in a clean car, was very friendly and even with a good tip, the cost was 50% less then the pre-arranged service which never showed up. We are awaiting our refund from Viator as we prepaid for the pick-up that never came.

Great experience. Driver was waiting in the lobby 15 mins before scheduled pickup. Very professional. He took alternatives to have traffic jams. He speaks excellent English and we had a good conversation. Very reliable
