Seamless airport transfer experience with KL Starex provider. Pickup was on time. Appreciated the details provided for pickup like the driver name, car picture with the tag and exact pickup spot with the picture. After thr pickup experience, I utilized this provider for drop off too. Price is reasonable and comparable to other providers. Would not hesitate to recommend this provider for airport transfer.

All the drivers were helpful, friendly and prompt. It would be useful to know there is a wait at the airport even if you pre book, due to restrictions on waiting in the arrivals area. The team were very responsive and helpful!

Very pleasant trip from airport to The Westin hotel and vice versa! Driver is friendly and drives safely. Vehicle is clean, smooth ride and comfort is top notch. Definitely will book again if I return to KL! Highly recommended!
