Highly recommend!! Richard made a lasting impression on my husband and I for our first visit to Jamaica. We enjoyed a scenic tour and a very safe, comfortable ride. He took great care of us!! Outdated property Tv not working, but never told us at check in, all they can say is I’m sorry , it’s disgusting, they don’t know when their TVs will be back on but yet they are charging full price. I want the corporate office, im not letting it slide. The room is suppose to have a working TV just like they don’t have anything to do with the cable company and the tv not working . I don’t have anything to do with why their cable company hasn’t fixed the problem yet. At 300 per day, I feel like the cable should work.
The Japanese restaurant is a must. Ask for Geetha. She was amazing and made my daughter's 50th birthday dinner a blast. Even had my husband get up and help "cook"
My driver (Richard Warren) was great! He was RIGHT on time, was incredibly friendly, and got me to the airport in plenty of time. I appreciate his kindness and help!

The hotel has a friendly, casual vibe. Latoya was extremely helpful in making sure we had a room we were comfortable in. She was knowledgeable of the individual room features and didn't hesitate to offer assistance.
Richard was knowledgeable and made the transition from airport to resort so easy. I would definitely recommend.
