Ridzuan kept in great contact with me about his expected arrival time as there was quite a bit of traffic getting to the airport. He is a good man. He told me a lot about the city, about foods I should try, and about local areas that shouldn’t be missed. I would definitely recommend the company.
Please avoid booking through them. Not a trusted partner. I had booked airport transfer through them. Even after waiting for almost an hour at airport, driver not turned up and he just kept giving false assurance that he is reaching in next 5-10 minutes. Finally I had to book airport taxi to avoid missing twin tower visit timing and wasting the tickets already booked tickets of twin tower, which is difficult to get on spot.
I did not see Fahisul in time, he didn’t respond to my text on time when i was looking for him, his description of maroon car and giving me a plate number is not helpful. It would have been better if he took a picture of his car or make and model .

Covers a lot of places. The private experience is great since we can cater to what we wanted out of the tour. All in all, good tour and knowledgeable driver. I highly recommend it.

Hassell free transfer from KL Airport to our city hotel. Met on time with great communication after our flight times changed. I recommend installing What's App if you don't have it as most communications here use what's app, although I did get emails and SMS texts.
Very organised transfer. The guy messaged me the previous night on WhatsApp where to meet in the airport and the car registration so it was a breeze to find him even though we didn’t have wifi / local sim once we landed. The car was very nice and clean.
Real NICE gentleman. But the SLOWEST driver ever. He stayed on the slow lane behind HUGE semi trucks whole everyone drove passed us. I told him and he said speed limit. When all the cars drive passed us like we were walking even huge vehicles
