Our driver was right there when we arrived at night, our name was printed out big enough to see as there was very crowd at the airport waiting area. He was very courteous and took us straight to our hotel. Also, offered a bottle of water which was definitely a bonus after you arrived from a long flight. I would definitely use them again.

We booked the taxi shuttle to our hotel due to the late arrival. We met the taxi driver in ouside the arrival hall, all was perfect organized and the taxi ride was comfortable.
Great service. Met me at the arrivals exit with a clear sign with my name on it, whisked me off to the car and expertly dealt with the heavy traffic in Kathmandu to get me safety and quickly to my hotel. Recommend
Trustably and good service. Alltough we were 3 hours delayed at the airport, they just rearranged and bringing us safe to the hotel.
Arun contacted us to confirm our airport transfer. He gave us good advice to meet him. Our flight was late but he was very patient and waited for our arrival. When we arrived we walked out of the terminal he was outside with a sign with our name on it. He quickly loaded our luggage and as we proceeded to the hotel, he even pointed out some local items of interest. We would definitely use this service again.
