This was my first time booking through Viator. Luxury Gateway Service was exceptional! I received driver information the day before my flight. The driver contacted me directly in advance of the airport pickup and was waiting for us at Arrivals of Hong Kong airport when we collected our luggage. He was professional and personable. The car was clean and immaculate. I booked the service with the same company for the following morning when we returned to the airport. It was also a perfect 10 experience. I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again!

Excellent collection from the airport, very comfortable car,kept fully informed of where he would be waiting and after a 12 hr flight,appreciated waiting in luxury area for car. Totally recommend
